Social distancing doesn’t mean social disregard.
As the rest of the world is talking about sanitizing and washing their hands, there is an entire community of homeless people who aren’t able to do those things. There are well over half a million homeless people who would give anything to have a safe, warm place to lay their heads. Thanks to partners like you, we are able to care for our homeless men, women and children throughout the country.
Love Beyond Walls is proud to partner with LavaMaeX to expand our service reach for Love Sinks In. LavaMaeX is a nonprofit based in California who serves those experiencing homelessness on the west coast and beyond.
Together, we are on a mission to care for those in our community with dignity while reinforcing that health and hygiene is a basic human right for all.

The CDC recommends washing your hands frequently with soap and water often for at least 20 seconds. They explain that if soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. They also advise to stay at home as much as possible. We are addressing this seminal need to bring soap and water to under-resourced areas nationally and globally through mobile hand washing stations.
In the current climate of COVID-19, we offer ‘Love Sinks In’ to support our most vulnerable populations.
Our work with this campaign will not be finished until we have successfully installed wash stations in the highest homeless traffic areas across this nation.
We need your support to install as many portable wash stations as possible for the next 2-3 months.
To the right we have included important downloadable guidelines to make your volunteer installations move as seamlessly as possible while keeping your team and others around them safe.
